NEW! Adult Masters Swimming with Sunfish Masters
Freedom Center sponsored swim training for adults age 19 and up geared toward improving fitness and performance. This is a great program for former competivie swimmers, triathletes, cross-trainers and anyone looking for a rewarding physical challenge in a healthy social environment. Minimum qualification to join is to be able to swim 100 continuous yards of freestyle with rhythmic breathing. Practice times include weekday morning and evenings and weekend mornings.
