- Call the Customer Service Desk, at 703-993-8513, during Center operating hours.
- Plan a visit to the Center and register at the Customer Service Desk.
All Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center programs require registration in advance.
Creative Movement (Ages 3 1/2 – 5)
A great introduction to dance that focuses on emphasizing rhythm, coordination, musicality, and creativity. Children will have fun in an energetic and positive environment while learning a variety of dances and body movements. Leotard, tights and ballet shoes recommended.

Hip Hop (Ages 6-15)
This class will give step-by-step instructions to learning basic, age-appropriate, hip hop dance moves to all the latest music. Each week students will learn basic dance moves to be put together to create a dance performed to any hip hop song.

Introduction to Dance (Ages 5-9)

Parent and Me Dance (Ages 2-4)
Ready to shake your tail feathers?! This program offers the opportunity for parents and children to cut a rug and get loose on the dance floor. Participants will work with their child on gross motor skills, coordination and balance while interacting with others in an active class setting.
