Freedom Attack the Fat: REBOOT

We are bringing back the very popular and successful challenging weight loss program! This program is exercise centered, a very challenging 60 day jump start on workouts to promote both weight loss and fitness gains.

  • 16 Challenging Group Training Sessions (modifications presented as needed)
  • General Nutrition & Tips Offered
  • Team & Individual Challenges: challenges will be based on TEAM overall percentage of weight & bodyfat loss, as well as fitness challenges!

  • Trainer Tommy: Monday/Wednesday 6:00am-7:00am

  • Trainer Cherie: Tuesday/Thursday 9:00am-10:00am
  • Trainer Irina: Tuesday/Thursday 10:00am-11:00am
  • Trainers Melissa & Kelly: Monday/Wednesday 11:30am-12:30pm
  • Trainer Ella: Tuesday/Thursday 6:30pm-7:30pm

These one-hour exercise sessions, conducted in teams of 4-6 people, will provide instruction on safe and effective fitness programming to help participants reach health and fitness goals as well as weekly challenges!
