Mission FREEDOM FIT: Functional Fitness

Mission FREEDOM FIT is a high intensity functional fitness program designed to incorporate exercises that train your muscles to work together and prepare them for daily tasks by simulating common movements you might do at home, at work or in sports. Utilizing Kettlebells, Sandbags, TRX’s, Medicine Balls, Battle Ropes and Bars, this program will focus on various muscles in the upper and lower body at the same time, emphasizing core stability and endurance while reducing the likelihood of injuries.

Program Days/Times: Monday-Friday                   6:30am-7:30am and 12:00pm-1:00pm

Pick a schedule that works best for YOU. The price includes 3 classes per week.


These one-hour exercise sessions, conducted in groups of 4-12 people, will provide instruction on safe and effective functional fitness programming to help participants reach health and fitness goals.
