How I Motivate Clients

I motivate my clients with humor – showing that exercise can be “fun”.  I also live/practice what I preach therefore motivating my clients with visual as well as auditory.

Personal Motivations to Exercise & Personal Fitness Program

Exercise (besides prayer) is the best way to de-stress.  Life can be very stressful, so much going on in our lives and the world.  I constantly strive for symmetry in mind, body and soul.

Favorite Fitness Activity

Zumba and Sculpting
For my personal time, I love the StairMaster, using my TRX, Insanity/Asylum workouts, and doing pull-ups.

Hobbies/Interests

I love to eat!  I just don’t want to look like I do.

Exercise Philosophy/Why exercise is important

Exercise is so important because it’s a Wonder Pill – regular exercise is great for increased energy, de-stresses, reduce the need for medication, etc.
