How I Motivate Clients

I motivate through positive re-enforcement and results.  I am pretty good at reading people.  I push them as hard as they can physically let me.  Workouts are meant to be modified; made more complicated or easier depending on a persons physical level.  My education and summer work with special education allowed me to look at exercise as well as education through different eyes. There are many different levels and it is important to know your client to give them the best work out to fit their needs.

Personal Motivations to Exercise & Personal Fitness Program

I have struggled with my weight all my life so I have to stay active whether it is through teaching or just chasing the boys around.  On my down time I walk and watch what I eat.

Favorite Fitness Activity

I really enjoy spin, but I also play co-ed softball with my husband and several friends.

Hobbies/Interests

I enjoy spending time with my family.  Watching my boys play soccer or T-ball.  I believe that family always comes first.

Exercise Philosophy/Why exercise is important

Exercise improves your quality of life.  It is important to stay active wether you are 5 or 75.  There is something out there for all age groups.  It is just a matter of finding what fits you needs wants and
personality.
