How I Motivate Clients

Motivation is specific to each of my clients.  I have a primary focus when we are together and that is to get the most out of our time and help you reach your training and fitness goals.

Personal Motivations to Exercise & Personal Fitness Program

I have a passion for exercise and fitness because I have been on the client end.  My valley in life was in my mid/late teens at 327 lbs.  Now my peak in life is being 120 lbs lighter and helping others reach their peak.
