How I Motivate Clients
I provide a level of understanding and expertise that will enable my clients to respond positively to exercise. I teach them all of the components of fitness. It must be an exchange of 100% dedication, both on my part and theirs.

Hobbies/Interests
Running and cycling. I have done the GMU triathlon which included 4 miles canoeing, 10 K run and 27 mile mountain bike. I have also done the Army 10 miler and the PNC marathon. I have also participated in various other competitive adventure races.
Exercise Philosophy/Why exercise is important
I train people from the inside out. I believe in fitness as a state of mind. Power, strength, and confidence must come from within. We start out building a strong foundation and continue to grow in all aspects of fitness.
