To register for classes, please select one of the following.
- Download a Program_Registration_Form and fax or mail to the Center.
- Call the Customer Service Desk, at 703-993-8513, during Center operating hours.
- Plan a visit to the Center and register at the Customer Service Desk.
All Freedom Aquatic & Fitness Center programs require registration in advance.
Home School Fitness (Ages 5-15)
Program participants will have the opportunity to find the fun in fitness! This creative program includes fitness and recreation through an interactive social environment. Participants will work with a certified fitness instructor to learn the basics of a variety of fitness activities.

Home School Gymnastics (Ages 5-13)
Students will be introduced to the basics of gymnastics and necessary stretching and conditioning. Forward and backward rolls, bridges, beginning steps to a cartwheel and much more included! Basic skills on the balance beam, single rail bar, trampoline and vault will be introduced in this program.

Home School P.E. (Ages 5-15)
This creative program includes fitness, recreation, and sports through an interactive social environment. The class will include skill instruction on soccer, basketball, flag football, tennis, and many other exciting sports and fitness activities. Add on Tuesday fitness classes for additional costs!

Home School Swim (Ages 5-15)
Participants are offered the opportunity to participate in a swim program prior to or following the Home School PE class. Participants are divided based on skill once the program begins. While teaching your children how to swim skilfully and safely, instructors will follow the guidelines of the American Red Cross.

Home School Field Day (Ages 5-15)
Is your child ready to embark on a day of fun filled activities and a trip to The EDGE? Our annual Home School Field Day will consist of a variety of sports, arts & recreation stations to offer a challenging and exciting day at the Freedom Center! Participants will also be offered an opportunity to embark on the extreme challenge of free climb on our tower at The EDGE. More details coming soon!
